India: You have 7 days from the date of receiving the product to request a return or refund.
Outside India: You have 15 days from the date of receiving the product to request a return or refund.
Conditions for Return:
We will only accept returns for items that are in the original condition as received, with all tags and packaging intact.
Any item that shows signs of wear or use will not be eligible for a return or refund.
Proof Required: A box-opening video is mandatory as proof to process any return or refund and exchange request.

Exchanges:

Cancellations:
Orders can only be cancelled within 8 hours of placement.
After 8 hours or once the product has been shipped, cancellation will not be possible.
